All glasses and contacts are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. We warranty coverage is non-transferable and only applies to the original customer or gift recipient.
Replacement Policy:
Defective or Damaged Items: If your contact lenses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will send you the correct item and cover the return shipping cost for the incorrect product.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
- If possible, please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item to help us process your request faster.
- Once we confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement product and provide instructions on how to return the incorrect or damaged item (if applicable).
Resending Policy:
If your order is lost in transit or doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days of your order shipment.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will resend your order at no additional charge.
Please note that we cannot resend orders to an address that has been incorrectly provided by the customer.
The warranty does not cover:
1.Loss of eyewear after using.
2.Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
3.Accidents; or intentional alterations. Accidental damage include but are not limited to damage resulting from drops, impact, corrosive chemicals, exposure to extreme temperatures, or heavy pressure.
Colorkinds.com has the sole discretion to decide what constitutes a manufacturer’s defect and what constitutes normal wear and tear, accidents, or intentional alterations.
If a warranty claim is made on a product that is no longer available, Colorkinds.com reserves the right to send a replacement product of similar fit and style.
To make a warranty claim, you will need a valid proof of purchase and to return the damaged glasses to us for inspection. If you would like to make a warranty claim for your glasses purchased within the last one years, please contact our Customer Support Department. We typically process our warranty claims within one week of receiving the returned glasses.
